Shrimp / Leek Dumplings
Image by Hyuen Bui: https://unsplash.com/@huyenbui30 Use your own dough or buy skins from the Chinese supermarket Mix two-three eggs, defrosted soft unshelled shrimp, and thinly chopped leeks and scallions Mold all the dumplings with a dollop of the mixture inside Boil with hot salted water in a pan Mix together Lao Gan Ma (a really good chili oil sauce), soy sauce, and vinegar for dipping!
